The seller (Ocean Mart) is not responsible for any damage or direct loss suffered by the buyer due to negligence, breach of contract, or pricing issues.
The seller is not responsible for any economic loss, profit loss, or indirect third-party loss suffered by the buyer due to any reason such as negligence, delivery delays, misrepresentation, or breach of contract.
All offers for goods purchased by buyers will be treated as offers listed under these Terms & Conditions. The seller may choose not to accept or may cancel an order without providing a reason.
Placing an order on the website will be treated as evidence of acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Severance

Full payment on delivery is applicable for home delivery orders only.
